Bringing back the concept of a pure balance between self and nature, as well as a balance between materials, the design takes an organic approach with opportunities to become the one of the most self-sufficient and sustainable urban area in Honolulu. With the introduction of programs such as the SWAC system, rain water cistern, vertical farming, and harvest restaurant, a cycle of self-sufficiency begins on site to benefit the residents and the public. |
